RETURN POLICY

If you receive a defective or damaged order, we’re happy to refund it within 10 business days. Your refund will be issued as a credit via your original payment method. While your credit may be instant, please allow additional time for your banking or financial institution to process your credit.
 

If something didn’t meet your high standards, please let us know. We want to make it better and make you happy. We’re always open to feedback and would love to know how we can improve our products.

SHIPPING

Free standard shipping on all orders except those outside of the United States.

 

We ship to the contiguous United States, HI and AK, and Europe including PO Boxes. Please allow extra time in transit for orders going to non-contiguous United States addresses. Tracking notifications will be sent when the order is shipped. Please allow up to 3 days for tracking to go live upon receipt of tracking.
Europe, Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

As each candle is made to order, please allow 5 business days to complete your order.
Large orders may take longer.

Standard shipping: 4-8 business days (excluding holidays and weekends.)
